Our Locations
Historic Wickford Village

Wickford, the "Venice of New England," is the original town center of North Kingstown RI.

It is a place where time seems to have stopped in the 1820s. Wickford contains what is said to be the densest concentration of original late Revolutionary and Federal period houses anywhere in New England.

At the same time, it is a thriving seaport and fishing village, with many quaint shops, markets, restaurants, a town beach, friendly citizens, and a busy yachting harbor.

Saunderstown
Local Scenes

Our Saunderstown location is arguably among the most convenient in Rhode Island, offering local beaches and woodlands, with water sports, sightseeing, shopping, or fine dining only minutes away. Just off two thoroughfares, scenic 1A and RI 138, it's only a 3 mile drive to Wickford, 5 miles to Jamestown, and Narragansett and Newport are less than 8 miles. Providence is less than 30 minutes away.

The area offers plenty of local hiking or bicycling opportunities as well, with Casey Farm - a working farm of the early 1700s operated by Historic New England, Gilbert Stuart Birthplace – where the famous portraitist of George Washington was born and Historic Wickford Village, founded in 1680, all within 1 - 3 miles.

You can even hike along the Bay from our neighborhood beach at the end of the street to Rome Point - a wild and beautiful peninsula in Narragansett Bay from which you can view seals in the wintertime.
